| The holidays are possibly the most beautiful time of the year. A time of love and reflection, gratitude and compassion and faith. Romance blossoms and friendships flourish, it’s the season of giving, it’s a magical time! For most… For so many though, it may be the most difficult time of year. For many this will be the first holiday without a loved one they once celebrated with, the anniversary of someone’s passing, the harsh reminder that they don’t have much family, if any, to celebrate with. The first holiday away from home, without their beloved family pet, the list goes on. So this holiday season while you’re stressing on the traffic or the parking or the gift that is sold out or the plans that aren’t being followed though on, take a breath and remember your energy may be the shift in someone else’s day. Someone whom may really need your smile. Your kindness, your generosity, your patience, etc. Remember that we don’t know what the person next to us is going though this holiday season and we aren’t responsible for it, but we are responsible for the energy we exchange with them, even if only for 30seconds. So give your smile away freely this season, shine your brightest light, someone will appreciate it. You can’t change the world but you can change your experience. ❤️❄️☃🎄🤗🙃😊😃 #happyholidays #tistheseason #goshining #kindness #compassion #love #thanksgiving #christmas
